Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 green pepper
1/2-3/4 white onion
3 stalks of celery
1 small (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
Lawry's salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 slice of bread soaked in milk
white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dice green bell pepper,
onion and celery. Mix all above ingredients, except
tomato paste, (easiest to mix with your hands). Spray a
9" x 13" casserole dish with Pam and place meat in the
center, forming it into a loaf. Spread tomato paste on
top of meat to cover the entire loaf.

Add white rice around meat loaf and enough water to
absorb rice (look to package directions of rice to know
amount of rice and water to add; do not use instant
rice). Mix rice and water to coat rice with water.

Bake in oven about 1 hour, or until meat is thoroughly
cooked through and no longer pink. Remove from
oven
and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Slice to serve and enjoy.
