Crust:
1 cup soft butter
½ cup powdered guar
2 cups flour
dash of salt

Filling:
4 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
½ cup flour
6 tbsp. lemon juice

Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the ingredients for the crust and mix well. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

Combine flour, sugar, eggs and lemon juice for the filling and mix well. Pour onto baked crust. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cool and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
