10 Boneless Skinless Chicken Pieces - thighs, breasts
Low Fat Mayonnaise
Italian Style Bread Crumbs
Parmesan Cheese
Oregano
Basil
Paprika
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Spray large baking dish with cooking spray. Trim any visible fat from the chicken. Arrange the chicken in the baking dish (it's okay if they are snug). Brush a thin coat of mayonnaise on the top of each piece of chicken. Sprinkle a thin layer of bread crumbs, then the Parmesan cheese. Season tops with a little oregano, basil, paprika, salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
