4 boneless Chicken Breast
2 tbsp Mustard (Dijon or Yellow)
2 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
2 tbsp Honey
Salt & Pepper to taste
½ tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Oil (or Butter)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 º. Grease baking dish with oil (or butter) and arrange chicken breasts in it. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. (This will keep the sauce on the chicken during cooking)! In a small bowl, combine the two mustards and honey. Pour mixture over chicken and bake for 30-45 minutes (depending on size of chicken breasts). Half-way through baking time, add 2 tbsp of water (to keep chicken moist). After chicken is done, squeeze lemon juice over chicken.
