1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Cornmeal
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
2 Egg Whites
1 cup Fat Free Milk
½ cup Unsweetened Applesauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 º. In a large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a small bowl combine egg whites, milk, and applesauce. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into 9" square baking pan coated with cooking spray OR (into 12 muffin tins). Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Serve warm.
