Ingredients:  
1 roll Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 stick Butter
2 cans Mixed Vegetables, drained
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 med Onion, finely chopped
1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 can Water Chestnuts
1 cup Mayonnaise (DO NOT SUBSTITUTE)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 . Mix vegetables, soup, onion, mayo, water chestnuts and cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter. Spread over veggie mixture and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
