1 lb sausage (hot or mild)
2 lbs squash (sliced thin)
1/2 cup butter (melted)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 package of croutons
1 cup onion (chopped finely)
1/2 cup sweet peppers (chopped finely)
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage and onions (drain). Melt butter and mix with soup, sour cream and pour over croutons. Mix all ingredients together and place in a baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil last 5 minutes of baking.
