3 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 (8 oz) crushed pineapple (including juice)
2 cups chopped banana
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups oil
3 eggs (beaten)

Icing:
1 (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar

Directions:

Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. In a large bowl, sift flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients and stir well (hand mix oil). Pour in pan and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done. Cool on rack for 25 to 30 minute.

Icing: Cream butter, cream cheese and vanilla until light. Add sugar. Once mixed well, spread over cake.
