Oven Broiled Tilapia Recipe

4 tilapia fillets
1/4 c mayonnaise
Zest from one small lemon
2 tsp dried parsley flakes
3 large garlic cloves, minced fine
Salt and pepper, or seasoning blend of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Adjust top oven rack to 6-8 inches from the broiler. Preheat broiler to high.

Combine the mayonnaise, zest, parsley, and garlic in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.

Pat the tilapia fillets dry and season liberally on both sides with salt and pepper, or your preferred spice blend. Place the fillets on a foil or parchment lined pan.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly, and completely on each fillet.

Broil the fillets for 6-8 minutes depending on the thickness. The fish should flake easily.
