10 to 12 medium potatoes
1/2 cup sweet onion (chopped)
3 stalks celery (chopped)
6 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 sugar
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish (optional)
2 tbsp dill pickle relish (optional)
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into desired size. Cook potatoes in a saucepan; once tender, drain potatoes and let cool. Boil eggs until hard boiled, once cooled, peel eggs. In a large bowl mix together chopped onions, chopped celery, chopped eggs and chopped potatoes. Add pickle relish, salt, pepper, sugar, mayo and mustard. Stir and mix well.
