2 jujube fruits, pitted and chopped
1 cup of rice
4 cups milk divided any kind
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
2 tablespoons of honey
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
¼ cup of pistachios, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the fruits and chop up. Remove the pits by making a vertical cut from the stem all the way around, then twisting each half in opposite directions. Use a paring knife to remove the small pits.

In a medium saucepan, add rice, fruit, 2 cups of milk, nutmeg, and bring to boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.

In a small saucepan over low heat, add 1 cup of rice milk, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add to rice and fruit mixture. You can add a little more milk if you want a creamy texture.

Pour into 4 separate bowls, add honey, cinnamon and pistachios.
