4 lbs cooked King or Dungeness crab, cleaned
1/2 c salted butter, divided
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c yellow onion, minced
1/2 c sweet chili sauce
2 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Place crab in a large roasting pan. Warm for 6-8 minutes.

In a sauce pan over medium-heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add crushed garlic and onion and saute until golden brown. Add remaining butter and whisk to melt. Reduce heat too low. Slowly whisk in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Sauce will thicken the longer it is left on the heat.

Transfer crab to a platter. Transfer butter sauce to a serving bowl. Serve warm with French bread.

If using raw seafood, cook prior to use.
