2 pkg lemon Jello
4 cups water, 2 hot, 2 cold
Set until syrupy


3 bananas
½ pkg. small marshmallows
1 cup crushed pineapple drained (save the juice)

1 egg,
½ cup sugar
1 ½ tbsp. flour
1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup cream, whipped
1 cup American cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Once Jello is syrupy, add 3 bananas sliced, marshmallows, and crushed pineapple.
When Jello is fully set, make a topping by whipping egg and adding, sugar, flour and pineapple juice. Cook until thick. Cool topping and add cream. Spread on top of set jello, and sprinkle grated cheese on top of cream.
