6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 T. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1) Place first 5 ingredients into an electric blender.
2) Heat milk just to boiling. Pour over ingredients, cover, and blend for 1 minute.
3) Pour immediately into 4-6 serving dishes.
4) Serve warm or chilled, topped with whipped cream.
