3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 T baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups chopped cranberries
1 cup chopped nuts
3 T grated orange rind
1/4 cup orange juice
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well.

In another bowl, add eggs, milk, oil, and orange juice. Mix with electric mixer for 1 minute at medium speed. Add to flour mixture and mix again. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake 60-65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
