1 cup flour
1 cup yellow corn meal
1/4 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)
4 slices bacon (fried crisp, drained and crunched)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425

Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Add eggs, milk and oil. Beat until smooth.

Stir in corn and bacon bits.

Turn into a greased 9x9 baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
