8 c. sliced squash
2 c. sliced onions
2 T. salt
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced red pepper
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine squash, onions; sprinkle with salt. Let stand for 1 hour. In a large pot, combine green and red peppers, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, and mustard seed. Bring to a boil, add squash and onions and return to a boil. Pack in jars, cover with vinegar mixture. Makes about 2 quarts.
