1 1/2 c sugar
2 envelopes gelatin
1 c water
2 c heavy whipping cream
2 c sour cream
2 tsp vanilla

fresh fruit topping

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium pan blend sugar and gelatin. Add water, mix and let stand for 5 minutes.
Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour in cream.

In a bowl, mix sour cream and vanilla. Gradually add sugar mixture. Pour into a mold, flat pan or serving dishes. Chill 4 hours or overnight.

Add 1/2 c sugar to fresh or frozen fruit (thawed); stir until sugar is dissolved. Spoon over Bavarian cream.

Do Not Double Recipe.
