2-3 cans drained black beans
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 chopped roma tomatoes OR 1 can Rotel™ tomatoes, drained
1-2 cans mexican corn, drained (or plain corn)
1 chopped jalapeno
8 oz bag shredded colby jack cheese
2 cups chopped cilantro

1 avocado, diced
1/2 lime (juice)
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine drained beans, tomatoes, corn, jalapeno, cilantro, cheese and onions in a large bowl, and mix.
This can be made ahead of time, and refrigerated.
Right before serving, add the diced avocado and salt to taste. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and toss again.
Serve with tortilla chips, or as a salad.

I have made this dip for 20 years, and everybody loves it. Of course you can add more or less beans, peppers, onions, etc. Very healthy and very good.
