1/2 lb mushrooms sliced or whole
1/4 cup butter
2 cloves garlic minced

Directions:
Lightly brush mushrooms with wet paper towel to remove dirt. In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt the butter and garlic, when butter is melted add the mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms release their juices and are tender. Never wash mushrooms with water. I like baby-bella mushrooms best they have more flavor, they are the brown ones.
