1 bag of frozen, naked chicken wings, thawed & patted dry.

2 cups all purpose flour

2 tsp. salt

2 tsp.black pepper or cayenne pepper or 1 of each.

2 tsp. garlic powder

2 tsp. smoked paprika

1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. heat oven to 375*

2. Grease cookie sheets or stoneware bar pans.

3. Mix the flour and spices together in a pie plate/ round cake pan

4. Pour melted butter on to your cookie sheet OR place a stick of butter on the cookie sheet then put it in the oven while the oven is coming up to temperature. Take out when butter is melted & spread over the pan.

5. Dredge chicken wings in flour well on both sides, shake of access flour & place on the cookie sheet. Repeat until all wings are covered.

6. flip the wings in the melted butter on the pan on both sides.

7. Place in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Flip the wings over. Bake an additional 30 minutes, til done.

8. Baste with sauce of your choice. we like maple BBQ. 1 cup spicy BBQ & ½ cup real maple syrup. Taste test and adjust to your liking.
