1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded

¼ cup mayo

1-2 garlic cloves, minced

1-1½ tsp. dried basil (fresh is Always best)

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp. pepper

1 can (14 oz) water packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, & chopped

½ cup frozen spinach, chopped, thawed, & squeezed dry

¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Tortilla chips or assorted crackers

*You can use italian seasoning in this as well.

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, basil, salt & pepper; mix well.

Stir in the artichokes & spinach.

Transfer to a greased 9-inch pie plate or baking pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350* for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and edges are lightly browned.
