1 cup sour cream

2 cans refried beans

1 packet taco seasoning

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded

*You may have to adjust the seasoning on this, the taco packet may not be enough seasoning or just serve with jalepenos.

** This needs to stay heated in a crock pot or eaten right out of the oven. The cheese gets tough and leathery as it cools and its hard to dip chips into.
