Crispy Air Fry Mushrooms Recipe

8 oz fresh mushrooms (baby bells)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
pinch of pepper
2 eggs
1 tsp water
oil spray (olive or avacado)

If needed, wipe mushrooms clean with dry cloth.

Slice mushrooms into halves or quarters, depending on size.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

In a small bowl beat together eggs and the teaspoon of water

Preheat air fryer to 375

With a fork, dip each mushroom in egg batter and the into the stirred dry ingredients, coat thoroughly. Place on a plate.

Spray one side with oil spray, flip and repeat on the other side of each mushroom. Leaving no dry flour.

Bake in fryer 5-7 minutes depending on their size. Half way through, pause and shake to roll them a bit and continue cooking.

Let sit a few minutes as insides will be very hot. Only cook in single layer batches!
