3 large Egg Yolks - room temperature
1 Tbsp Lemon juice - room temperature
1/2 cup hot melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Using a blender - fill with boiling hot water and let sit. Heat the butter in microwavable glass measuring cup. Pour out the hot water from the blender. Add the egg yolks and lemon to the empty blender. Start slowly drizzling in the hot butter while blending. Serve with something delicious :-)
