2 tablespoons cornstarch
2/3 cup sugar

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, roughly break the butter cookies with your hands.
Grind the butter cookies into a powder using a pestle or a rolling pin.
Add the melted butter to the crushed cookies.
Work the mixture with your hands gently to get a smooth, consistent texture.
In a springform baking mold, pour in the butter and ground cookie mixture to shape the crust. Smooth out the surface well, and store in the fridge while you prepare the cheesecake.

In a mixing bowl, pour the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the eggs, and mix well.
Add the cornstarch, and mix well.

Divide the cheesecake preparation evenly into two separate mixing bowls.
Add the cocoa powder into one of the mixing bowls.
Stir until you get a smooth, even texture.

In the middle of the crust, place 1 tablespoon of the vanilla mixture.
On top of the vanilla mixture, place 1 tablespoon of the chocolate mixture.
Drop another tablespoon of vanilla mixture on top, then continue with another tablespoon of the chocolate mixture. Continue until you have no mixture of either chocolate or vanilla leftover.

Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 350 °F, then for 40 minutes at 300 °F.
Let cool completely, then store in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving. Ideally, you should let it sit in the fridge overnight.
