1 ½ c. packed brown sugar
2 T. light corn syrup
1/4 c. sherry
1 T. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. salt
6-8 cups walnut halves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients except walnuts and sugar. Once all ingredients heated and combined, add walnuts. Coat with sugar mixture. Remove walnuts with a slotted spool and roll in sugar.

Spread on baking sheet to dry.
