Cup Butter
Cup Flour
1 Cup Milk
2 Cup of Half & Half Cream

4 Cups Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Greyere Cheese

1 tsp dry Mustard
pinch Cayenne
tsp Salt
tsp Pepper

Macaroni - cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter medium heat. Whish in flour. Add liquids slowly. Stir in spices. Stir in 1/3 of the cheeses. In oven proof casserole dish, layer half the pasta, layer 1/3 cheese, another layer pasta, last 1/3 of the cheese. Pour sauce all over. (If not mix all the cheese into sauce and coat pasta with sauce.) Place in oven 325F until bubbling.
