1/4 c chopped onion
1 tomato, peeled and chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 to 2 c cubed pork (cooked)
1 c dairy sour cream
hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, tomato, curry powder, salt in the butter until tender but not brown. Stir in soup and milk until smooth. Add pork and simmer 10 min. Stir in sour cream. Heat through but do not boil. Serve over rice.
