3 lbs spareribs
1/2 c finely chopped onions
3/4 c green peppers
2 c tomato sauce
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/3 c white vinegar
2 1/2 c pineapple tidbits
2 (14 oz cans - 3/4 c) brown sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs in single sections and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put in shallow pan. Bake at 450ºF for 1/2 hour then reduce temp to 350ºF and bake for one hour more. Drain grease. Mix other ingredients together in bowl and pour over ribs and bake for two hours at 350ºF. Stir constantly. Complete baking time is 3 1/2 hours
