1/2 c melted butter
1/2 c whipping cream, measure then whip
1 c sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/4 c flour
one krumkake iron

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Whip cream to stiff peaks and set aside in the refrigerator.

Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and melted butter together until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream gently.

Add flour gradually, may not need all this flour, mix until you have a light batter, kinda like a crepe.

Spray krumkaka iron and heat iron til hot. Depending on the size of your iron start with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of batter; pour into the center of the iron and close lid, watch so it doesn't burn. Remove from iron with a fork lay flat and roll around wooden doll to form a cone.

Fill cones with whipped topping and strawberries, puddings etc.
