1 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 c quick cook oats
1/2 c butter, softened
1 egg
2 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c sweetened cranberries or raisins

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º.

In a large bowl; combine, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and brown sugar, and oats; blend together and set aside.

In another large bowl; combine, sugar, butter, egg, milk and vanilla, mix together well. Add creamed mixture to the dry mix, beat on low speed until blended. Stir in cranberries .

Drop by rounded spoonful onto un-greased cookie sheets.

Bake 8-10 minutes for chewy cookies and 12-15 minutes for crisp cookies. Remove from baking sheets after 1 minutes.
