1 box jumbo shells
16 oz. ricotta cheese
2 eggs
½ t. nutmeg
Salt and pepper
Italian seasonings, as desired
½ lb. each provolone and mozzarella cheeses, diced
¼ lb. pepperoni, diced
¼ lb. cheddar cheese, diced
1 qt. sauce
Shredded cheese to top

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain pasta according to directions. Mix ricotta cheese, eggs, nutmeg, salt and pepper, and Italian seasonings as desired. Add diced cheeses and pepperoni to ricotta mixture, reserving some mozzarella and provolone for topping. Place large about in each cooked shell. Place thin covering of sauce in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Place filled shells open side down. Once pan is full, cover with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 45-60 minutes until cheese is done.
