⅓ c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper

In a large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels, cheddar crackers, wasabi peas, peanuts and ramen noodles.

In a sautê pan, melt the butter, then stir in the ramen seasoning packet and grated parmesa. Pour over cereal mixture and stir/toss to coat.

Spread evenly between the 2 baking sheets and bake until fragrant and cheese is melted, about 12 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy! Keep in airtight container.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We love this mix! I usually add more grated parmesan to the actual cereal mix and I use beef ramen soup. The wasabi peas lose a lot of their kick, so it's not super spicy. I have used 2 ramen seasoning packets as well, because we like the flavor!
