1 package of Oreos (family size)
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
½ c. or 1 stick of butter (softened) or margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
16 oz Cool Whip (2 tubs)
2 boxes INSTANT pudding 3.3 oz size (white chocolate, vanilla or chocolate)
3 c. milk
1 tsp vanilla

Crush package of Oreos and place 2/3 of crushed Oreos in bottom of a 9x13 cake pan

Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and then fold in whip cream. Set aside.

In separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Let set for just a few minutes and then fold pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture.

Pour over cookie crumbs in 9x13 pan.

Sprinkle remaining 1/3 of Oreos over the top of the dessert. Chill in refrigerator for 3-5 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.

Decorate with gummy worms if desired!

This was a hit at work. I made individual parfait style cakes. Super easy and very tasty! Try different kinds, the vanilla was a little less overwhelming, but the chocolate was VERY chocolate-y!
