1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
½ c. melted butter
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
3½ c. powdered sugar
Powdered sugar to sprinkle

Directions:

Grease a 9x13 pan and preheat oven to 350º

Blend cake mix, 1 egg and melted butter until smooth. Will be thick, press into bottom of greased 9x13 pan.

Blend cream cheese, beaten eggs, vanilla and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth. Spread or pour over the cake mixture in pan.

Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes or until edges are golden brown. (middle may sink in a bit)

Cool and top with powdered sugar, keeps well in the fridge!

These look a lot like lemon bars when finished! I found that mine were looking pretty well done by 40 minutes, so keep an eye on them. Taste is very rich and delicious! You can use different cake flavors!
