2 c Light Karo Syrup
1 lb brown sugar
1 cube butter, about a 1/2 cup
1 tsp vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 regular size bags of popcorn, popped

Directions:
Directions:
In a copper pan, bring the syrup and brown sugar to medium ball stage, about 250º. Stirring constantly.

Turn burner off or remove from heat if using and electric stove; and add butter and vanilla.

Turn burner on and add the sweetened condensed milk. Cook to softball stage - 240º. Pour over popped corn; mix well and pour corn onto lightly sprayed cookie sheets to set and cool.

Store in an air tight container.
