3 egg whites
3 cups icing sugar
1½ tsps. lemon juice
3 tbsps. butter, melted⅓ tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites slightly with 4 tbsps. sugar. As they begin to stiffen, gradually add the remaining sugar, butter and salt. Continue beating until so stiff that when you cut through with a knife it will hold its' shape. Cover with a damp cloth until ready to use.
