4 summer squash (zucchini, patty pan, rolly polly, etc.)
1 lb pork sausage (cooked and drained of grease)
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash squash and slice off top (stem portion). Hollow-out and remove some of the seeded center to allow room for stuffing. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and loosely stuff the squash. Place the tops (stem portions back on each. Place them together in a pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or more (depending on size of squash).
