2 or 3 medium zucchini (no more than 2 inches around in size)
4 tbsp olive oil
herbs and spices of choice (mixed ahead of time in a small bowl)
(I use parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, seasoned salt, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut zucchini into 1/8 inch slices into a large bowl. Add the olive oil and mix until all of the slices are coated. Add the spice mixture and mix gain. Place each coated slice on a dehydrator tray and process at 130 degrees for approximately 5 hours or until crisp. It may be necessary to turn some slices over about half-way through to insure better drying.
