2 lbs brussel sprouts, trimmed and halfed
3 T olive oil
salt and pepper
3 T unsalted butter
2 cups red seedless grapes
2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1 bunch scallions, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 T honey
¾ cup chopped hazelnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Toss brussel sprouts with oil, salt and pepper. Spread on baking sheet and roast 20-30 minutes until tender and charred in spots.
2. Melt butter in large skillet. Add the grapes and thyme and cook tossing. until the grapes stat to burst, about 4 minutes. Add the scallions and honey. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer until the juices thicken and the grapes are glazed, 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Transfer sprouts to serving dish; spoon the grapes over and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
