3 c. medium tube pasta or elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed and cooled
½ pound bulk hard salami, cubed (or sliced thinly)
½ c. minced fresh parsley
4 green onions, sliced
½ c. olive or vegetable oil
¼ c. cider or red wine vinegar
4 tsp minced fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried oregano
4 tsp minced fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ c. shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place pasta, salami, parsley and onions in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, and seasonings. Drizzle over past mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving stir in cheese.
