Ingredients:  
1st layer:
1 cup plain flour
1 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts

2nd layer:
1 (8 oz) cool whip
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz) cream cheese

3rd layer:
2 (3 oz) boxes lemon pie filling (cook kind)

4th layer:
1 (8 oz) cool whip
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer: Mix ingredients together and press in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.
2nd layer: Mix ingredients well. Spread over the cooled crust.
3rd layer: Follow the directions on box and cook the pudding. Cool and then spread over the 2nd layer.
4th layer: Spread cool whip on top of lemon pudding. Sprinkle with chopped nuts (optional)


If you dont want lemon flavor just use a pudding that you enjoy (chocolate, butterscotch, pistashio, etc)
