1 lb. bulk pork sausage, mild
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
10 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
Worcestershire sauce to taste
3 or 4 drops of hot pepper sauce - like Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Sausage needs to be at room temperature (remove sausage from refrigerator about an hour before preparing). Mix all ingredients well. Roll into balls about the size of a walnut. Place balls on cookie sheets and and bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
