3 1/2 c hot water
1 stick butter
1 c sugar
1 tbsp salt
3 eggs
1/4 tsp lemon extract
1 pkg yeast
10-12 c flour

Directions:
You need to start this recipe in the afternoon, but worth the wait.

Combine in a blender; water, butter, sugar, salt, eggs, extract, blend and transfer to a large bowl.

Add yeast, be sure the mix is not to hot for the yeast. Add flour 2 cups at a time. Let dough rest for a few minutes before adding the last 2 cups of flour. Knead by hand until dough is smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and set to rise. Knead down each hour until till 9 PM. Shape into rolls. Cover with a damp cloth over-night.

In the morning bake, 10 minutes at 400º then reduce heat to 355º until done.
