2 qt. Muscadine grapes, mashed
1 gal. scalding water
1 pkg. yeast
3 lbs. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Pour scalding water over grapes; steep. When water is lukewarm, add yeast and sugar; mix well so yeast and sugar dissolve completely. Cover with cheese cloth; let work for seven days. Strain, and cover again with cheesecloth until bubbles stop, then put in bottles and cap bottles.
