3 lbs Center Cut Pork Loin
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup of Chicken Broth
1 pkg of Brown Gravy Mix
1 pkg of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 medium sized Onion - Chopped
1 pkg of Frozen Baby Carrots
4 Small Potatoes cut in half
Olive Oil
Minute Rice

Prep work:

Chop up 1 medium Onion
Cut small Potatoes in half
In a bowl combine Cream of Chicken soup, 1 Pkg of Brown Gravy mix, 1 Pkg of Lipton Onion Soup mix, 1/2 cup of Chicken Broth. Stir till Creamy

Directions:

In a very hot pan add Olive Oil and sear Pork on all sides. Just sear it to lock in the Juices. Remove from pan.
In the bottom of Crock Pot add Potatoes, Carrots, Onion.
Place Pork Fat side up on Vegetables
Pour over Creamy Soup mix
Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours till pork can be shredded and Vegetables are fork tender.
Cook Rice per pkg instructions.
Serve the Pulled Pork over the rice and Enjoy!
