1-2 lbs Chicken Breasts
2 cups Chicken Broth
2 cloves Garlic, minced
½ tbsp Salt
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on high for about 2 hours or low for 4 hours, until chicken reaches 165-175ºF. Remove chicken and shred with forks or a hand mixer. Add a little broth back in for extra moisture, if desired.
Great basic flavour that can be dressed up depending on what it's being used for. Add oregano for Greek food, fajita or taco spice for Mexican, teriyaki for Asian etc.
