1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs butter
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 small red bell pepper, seeded & chopped
2 cups broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and olive oil in large skillet. Add smoked sausage and onions. Cook for
about 5 minutes. Add bell pepper and broccoli. Cover and reduce heat and cook
for about 5 minutes. Add cooked rice, garlic powder and pepper. Stir well, cover
and heat until rice is hot. Add cheese and remove from heat. Stir until cheese is
melted.
