6 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
¼ tsp salt
½ cube of butter

Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Cut butter up in a 9 x 13 pan. Place in hot oven to melt. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour them into the HOT pan with melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with syrup, jam, fresh fruit, or powdered sugar.

I always use a blender to really mix my ingredients together. To help your German Pancakes from sticking to the pan, make sure you let the butter completely melt in the pan before pouring the batter in.
